Team Kouro launches Kouro Media (press release and IMPORTANT info for everyone!! must read!!

Hey everyone,

This will be a very important post in the "evolution" of DUPK and Team Kouro. Team Kouro is a tricking/stunt team started up in early 2008, and now we've launched a new branch which is called Kouro Media. This is the official "release" and we're hoping to publish it in a future press release, once we get a bit more projects finished or under way. Anyway, here goes...

*******PRESS RELEASE*******

In September of 2009, Team Kouro (a performance/stunt team started in early 2008 by Rustic Bodomov) launched a new branch called Kouro Media. This is a very important development in the entertainment industry for this part of Scotland. Based in Dundee, Team Kouro consists of a group of free-runners, traceurs (practitioners of the new French urban sport known as Parkour), Martial Artists, Trickers (people who practice for extreme martial arts displays), and stunt-men and women. The team also includes several videographers, graphics designers, and is hoping in the near future to sign on a couple of music artists for their film/video productions. The stunt team has members in several points throughout the UK, but also reaches to several countries such as the USA and Australia.

Right now, Kouro Media is in pre-production for a couple of films they will produce this Spring and Summer, and team Kouro is training up and organizing future roles in the UK's film and music video industries. You can find out more about Team Kouro and Kouro Media on their forum, which is located at: http://kouro.proboards.com/ ; and you can see some of their demonstrations/showreels at: http://youtube.com/KouroMedia and http://youtube.com/TeamKouro

Team Kouro is also organizing to teach classes, and will be available for sports performances and for various events in the near future.

What do you guys think of this?? We need to get crackin' on some showreels and samplers!!
Let me know what you think, guys!!

ps
we will be organizing a photoshoot for everyone who is part of the team, and is involved with Kouro Media and Team Kouro! This means everyone who was at the jam...basically every traceur/tricker (who's at least decent) in Scotland...try and not make a huge hype about it, but let people know that if they've never met me before, they should email kouromedia@gmail.com first with a sample of either their stunt-work (parkour etc) or if not that, then music/graphics etc..
